Description

This product is made from sea tangle from Hokkaido Japan mixed with the famous Hakata salt from Ehime Japan. It can be used for making Japanese pickles, used in hot pot, and also as a underlying flavor or seasoning for all kinds of Japanese dishes such as ochazuke, furikake and rice-ball.

此產品採用日本北海道的海帯及愛媛縣馳名的博多鹽製成。其用途廣泛，除可直接飲用外，亦可用作製作日本泡菜，火鍋或其他日本食物如泡飯,香松或飯團的烹調品。
