Quality Assurance

All our products follow the food & drink standards & regulations of Hong Kong.

-Our authentic products are mainly from Japan and every product imported from Japan are screened and tested by the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

-All our products clearly state a expiry date and the list of ingredients used. We do not use any restricted ingredients by the Hong Kong government and only provide high quality, organic products.


Our Services

Private label services, sourcing/logistics and coffee roasting.

-We provide Private Labelling  services to create premium Japanese tea customized to your brand and specifications. Please contact us for more information.

-Using our extensive partnerships and network in Japan we provide sourcing for specific products and logistics services for Japanese products. Please contact us for more information.

-We provide small scale local coffee roasting services made to order to ensure freshness. Beans can be requested.

Delivery & Return Policy

We take pride in providing high quality, authentic products for our customers. If there happens to be any damaged or unsatisfactory goods, we will be happy to provide a replacement.

-If there is a need for a exchange please notify us on +852 2850-8448 within 7 business days after delivery.
-If you would like to cancel a delivery/order please let us know 24 hours before we send the product out for delivery.
-Our method of refund will be replacing the damaged goods with the same product or product of same value.
-We offer free delivery on orders over HK$500 in any area in Hong Kong.
-We have a flat HK$70 delivery charge for any orders under HK$500.


Terms & Conditions

Twinleaf Tea is wholly owned by K YU SEIN Enterprise Co., a Hong Kong registered company.

In these terms and conditions, the “Company” will mean Twin Leaf Tea and the “Customer” will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

-The company will ensure all prices and details of products are correct and up to date. Prices may change without prior notice, orders and stock availability are under the discretion of the Company. The Company will make sure products displayed on website are in stock.
-TwinLeaf Tea has the right to reject any orders in the case that the product becomes unavailable, we will notify the Customer through phone or email.

-It is the customer/receiver’s responsibility to check the condition of our delivered products at the time of delivery.
-Exchanges are available with a proof of purchase or receipt
-We will do our best to exchange any damaged goods and expect our new refunded product to reach the Customer within 7 business days (subject to stock availability).
-To initiate a exchange please notify us by telephone at +85228508448 within 7 business days from date of delivery.
-To cancel an order please notify us by telephone at +85228508448 before 24 hours of delivery.

-Twin Leaf Tea offers discounts to wholesale purchases, discounts are not applicable to retail purchases.
-Prices are negotiable between the Company and Customer for bulk orders (more than 1 carton).

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.

-We offer FREE delivery for purchases above HKD$500. For orders under this requirement, we charge a flat rate of HKD$70.
-We aim to deliver our products anywhere under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.
-Orders will be dispatched as soon as we receive payment for the products. Expect delivery within 2 business days.
-For large/bulk orders, we will confirm with Customer as to when delivery is expected.
-Delivery service is not applicable to areas where vehicles cannot access.
-Delivery service will be suspended during a typhoon signal No.8 (or above) or a black rainstorm. Any other natural causes which delay, postpone or cancel a delivery. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage. Postponement is under the control of the Company.
-It is under the responsibility of the Customer to Notify us immediately if there is a change of delivery address.

-To secure online commerce transactions we use a third party payment platform: PayPal.

-All our products are Hong Kong Dollars ($).
-We offer and receive payments through bank transfers, cheques and cash.
-We allow drop-in pay service to pay us directly for our products either through cash or cheque at our office.
-The Customer’s offer to purchase on www.twinleaftea.com shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted due to the availability of stock. An invoice will be provided before delivery to confirm products. A receipt will be provided to the Customer upon delivery.
-The Company reserves the right to change payment terms for any order without prior notice.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China and Twinleaf Tea agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Twinleaf Tea may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Twinleaf Tea’s determination shall be final.
